Ingredients
1 head romaine lettuce, torn in pieces and chilled
¼ cup green onions, sliced
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup croutons
1 cup walnuts
⅓ cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. anchovy paste, optional
1 clove garlic , minced
Preparation
Combine all salad ingredients.
Combine all dressing ingredients in separate bowl; blend well.
Pour dressing over salad; toss well.
Serve immediately.
