2cupswatermelon,seeded, diced

1avocado,peeled, pitted, diced

¼cupred onion,diced

2tbsplemon juice

½habanero pepper,seeded, minced

1½tspdried parsley

¼tspsalt,or to taste

Preparation

Combine the watermelon, avocado, onion, lemon juice, habanero pepper, parsley, and salt together in a bowl.

Refrigerate until chilled for about 15 minutes.
