¼cupoil

½cupsugar

2eggs

¼cupmilk

dashvanilla extract

¼cupraspberry jam

1 ¼cupsflour

1tspbaking powder

½cupwhite chocolate chunks

1cupheavy cream

½lemon

vanilla pod

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.

Take out three bowls.

In the first bowl, add butter, oil and sugar, then whip until it becomes a creamy mixture.

For the second bowl, mix the eggs, milk, vanilla, and raspberry jam. Then add slowly to the first bowl.

Then in the third bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Add the combined dry ingredients to the first bowl.

Stir everything to combine in the first bowl.

Grease your mold, then pour the mixture in.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Mix the cream and the vanilla pod in a bowl.

Whip until it reaches a soft peak.

Cool the cake, then top with cream.

Decorate, serve, and enjoy!
