Ingredients

1 cup Asadero cheese, shredded

4 oz jalapeno chilies, drained and chopped

1/4 cup half and half

1 tbsp onion, finely chopped

2 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Heat all ingredients over low heat.

Stir constantly until well combined and cheese is melted.

Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
