Ingredients
4 large yams, peeled
1 green apple, peeled and diced
1 cup raw cranberries
½ cup raisins
2 Tbsp maple syrup
½ cup orange juice
Preparation
Cut peeled yams into ½ inch chunks and spread in a large baking dish.
Top with apples, cranberries, and raisins.
Sprinkle with maple syrup and orange juice.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
