Ingredients
2cupsblueberries
2cupsvanilla yogurt,low-fat
1cuppowdered sugar
Preparation
Combine the blueberries, yogurt, and sugar in the blender, then blend very well.
Pour the mixture into the freezer molds, leaving at least ½ inch empty at the top.
Freeze for 2 hours, or until solid.
To unmold, fill the bowl or pot with the hot water, and dip the molds in it until the pops can be wiggled out by their handles.
Serve cold, and enjoy!
