Ingredients

1¾cupsSwanson® Chicken Stock

1tspbasil leaves,dried

¼tspgarlic powder

¼tsphot pepper sauce

1cantomatoes,stewed

¾cupregular long-grain white rice,uncooked

1cupfrozen peas

2cupsturkey,or chicken, cooked

Preparation

Heat the stock, basil, garlic powder, hot pepper sauce, and tomatoes in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil. Stir in the rice. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.

Stir in the peas and turkey. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the rice is done.
